IOU Biography
IOU is a band that plays a clean, positive, pop/punk-pop/rock style of music. Their songs are powerful, catchy, and very radio friendly. This is a trio with a passion for music and live performances. Their energy on stage provides for a real show, and not just a music recital. They’ve played many coliseums, stadiums, arenas, colleges, festivals, clubs, bars, and all age venues. They’ve played extensively in the states and developed a large fan base. IOU recently recorded their album “Beautiful Boredom” with JetSpeed Records out of Los Angeles, CA.
They are receiving air play on radio stations in Southern California and Louisiana, e.g. – KQID 93.1 Alexandria/Pineville, KLSU 91.1 Baton Rouge, KTUX 98.9 Shreveport, WEZB 97.1 New Orleans, 102.1 Basille, KSMB 94.5 Lafayette, KXUL91.1 Monroe, KNOE 101.9 Monroe, KCRZ 98.3 Monroe, ROCK 106.1 Monroe, Rock Land World Radio (New Jersey), 96.1 EIDorado, Arkansas, 95.3 Jackson, Mississippi, etc. etc.
They have been interviewed on many of the radio stations their music is playing on, performed on KNOE a CBS affiliate. IOU has played many American Cancer Society events through out the states, supporting the fight against cancer.
